Set up a Direct Debit (payment by credit card)

Direct Debit automatically deducts your payments from your account before the due date - you'll never miss a payment. You'll still receive your bill, but we will deduct your outstanding balance.

There are two ways you can set up your direct debit:

Bank account: Please complete our online direct debit request form to set up a direct debit from your savings, cheque or transaction bank accounts.

Credit card: To set up a direct debit from your credit card, complete the form below.

Direct Debit FAQs

A Direct Debit is an authorisation to your bank that allows payments to be taken directly from your account.

Stripe is a global network optimised for taking payments straight from your bank.

Payments are either bi-monthly or quarterly. Your payment frequency is detailed in your energy plan.

If the due date falls on a weekend or public holiday, we'll debit your account on the next business day.

If you wish to change any details of your Direct Debit you can do this by clicking on the Change Direct Debit Details button, or call us and we'll process this for you.

There is no cost to pay by direct debit. Just your usual bank fee for electronic transactions will apply.
