  • When to tell us you're moving
    Please notify us at least three working days before you move so that we can arrange a final meter reading at your premises.
  • What to tell us
    We'll need to know the date you are moving out (service stopped) and contact details so we can send you your final bill.
  • How do I supply my final meter reading?
    You don’t need to do anything. If you have a smart meter we'll get your reading automatically. If you have a basic meter, we will arrange for the site manager to record a meter read on the day you are moving out.
  • Are there any cancellation fees?
    No. PowerHub does not charge any exit or cancellation fees.
  • Does PowerHub supply services at my new address?
    We can only supply you with utility services if you are moving to another building or village managed by PowerHub. You can call us on 1300 196 673 to find out if we are the nominated embedded network operator for your new premises.
